a lack of hot water throughout the stay really made mornings tough!!! Showers with such a tiny door are impractical, not to mention the inconvenient key management process requiring a trek to a separate location!!!

A fantastic experience with a spacious room and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff went above and beyond, packing food for our early departure. Just a short stroll to major attractions, which made it easy to explore the beautiful city.

The Residenza Ki is perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the Trevi Fountain, making sightseeing very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a delightful variety, including fresh pastries and hot drinks served by friendly staff.

Reception is not 24/7.

I had a decent stay, with the highlight being the breakfast options—so fresh and varied. The room's decor, though a bit dated, still made it cozy. The air conditioning was noisy but it worked well, just wish the shower array didn’t spray everywhere, kind of messy overall. Would stay again if I had to, given the value for money.

Bright and spacious, the triple room offered two singles and a double bed. Plenty of space for our family. Cleanliness impressed me, especially the shower with good water pressure. Breakfast featured yogurt, pastries, eggs, and hot drinks, served by lovely staff. Despite the hotel not having an obvious street presence, the location was ideal. just a few blocks from the Trevi Fountain. Reception located on the second floor was a little tricky to find and required more signage. At times, there were noise disturbances early in the morning from the breakfast preparation, which affected our sleep. A late-night check-in would have been easier with clearer instructions from the start.
